Return Policy

Hey cuties! We hope you love every single piece that you purchase with us but we understand sometimes items just don't work out so here's our return policy for those few instances: 

Online Return Policy:

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.


After 7 days and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible items may be returned for store credit only.


Returns received after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

 

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • With original tags attached

 

Items returned with strong odors such as perfume, smoke, or sweat will not be accepted, will be returned to the sender, and marked as FINAL SALE.


FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

 

Store Credit:

Returns received after 7 days and within 14 days of delivery will be issued store credit only. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and does not expire unless otherwise stated.

 

Shipping Returns:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.


Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Last Call items
  • Intimate items (sticky bras, pasties, underwear, bathing suits without sanitary liners, etc.)
  • Items purchased as damaged or with disclosed defects
  • Scented Items : perfumes, smoke, sweat etc.
